You can find a great many blogs on how to do this here, here, and here. However, Dennis Chung from Microsoft offers a video how to do this in Microsoft’s own Technet blog at this link. I like Dennis’s version the best. It is easy to follow and easy to understand. There are a few things you will need first such as a 4GB or higher capacity USB flash drive and a computer capable of reading the Windows 7 installation DVD media.
