A brand new section has been added to the Dashboard titled, Troubleshooting! In this section, you will find some very easy to understand and simple tips and workflows to help you get to the root cause of a problem faster than thought possible. I added workflows for inbound and outbound email issues, wired and wireless networking issues, and a general web browser troubleshooting list. I am currently working on creating three different printer troubleshooting documents each for network printers, wireless printers, and desktop\USB printers and plan on adding them to the Dashboard this week! As always, let me know if there is any type of documentation you would like to see in the Dashboard!
